My friends Susan and Bruce joined me for an easy stroll (getting back into things slowly). We took Metro North to Garrison, New York and did the 3.7 mile Arden Point and Glenclyff loop. No mountains on this walk, but lots of water views as we ambled along the Hudson River, across from West Point.
In addition to being lovely, the route we took had some historical significance, in that it overlapped theescape route taken by Benedict Arnold after his treason was discovered.
