It was a long trip, but our first day in Arizona was  a lot of fun.  We were still on NYC time, so we were up hours before the dawn. We hiked up to the top of the hill and watched the sun rise over the valley.

The Musical Instrument Museum was very cool.  They had instruments from every country in the world, as well as video and audio so you could see and hear them all.  We only made it half way through and will definitely be going back.  The first highlight of the day was when Glenn found an exhibit with a Theremin.  It got better though, when we found one he could play.

That evening we met up with Glenn's aunt and uncle and went to a jam session at the Nash. It was an ASU/NEC reunion for him and he got to play with some old friends.
