Zion Bound

We left before dawn, driving from Prescott, over Mingus Mountain down into Sedona, across northern Arizona, past the Vermillion cliffs (where the clouds were hanging just below the rim), through the Kaibab National Forest (where winter was in full swing), and into Utah and Zion National Park (where the mountain goats were kind enough to pose for photos).  I'm looking forward to hiking in the park on Thursday, but just driving through it was incredibly impressive.
