Art Journal Saturday

Idyllic

Early evening on a late summer's day, the air has the slightest hint of a chill
- a whispered notice that fall is coming.  The birds and insects are carrying on
their separate conversations in complete disregard for one another, yet in perfect
harmony.  The light, like the tall grass, is golden, nearing the end of its season.

I'm not crazy about how dark the journaling area turned out... debating painting over it in white and trying again.

  1. I love the stencil and your choice of patterns and colors. The circles and geometric shapes and then the leaves are so pleasant to the eyes. The pop of orange is a great choice too. Lovely. Michelle t
