A blond, a brunette, and a redhead went into the woods . . . . . . and came out happy and healthy. What a glorious day for a spring hike. It was in the low sixties and the sun was shining brightly. Our trail, in the Harriman/Bear Mountain State Park, intersected the old Dunderburg Spiral Railway. Construction began on this railway in 1890, but was never finished. We spotted lots of chipmunks, turkeys, and even a snake, and heard the peepers everywhere we went.
