Breathless Isabella

When I was at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival, I picked up some Shalimar Yarns Breathless in Saffron. It is an amazingly soft merino, cashmire, silk mix and I knew I had to knit with it immediately.

I only has 1200 yards, so I chose another sleeveless pattern, Isabella by Jordana Paige, available at Knitty.com here. It's been a quick knit so far. The back is done, and I've cast on the more challenging front. There are a lot of techniques in this pattern, including short rows, picking up and knitting, hemming, and reading charts for the lace around the neck.
