I have been doodling in an old biography of William Blake. He's not a poet that I was very familiar with, but the book had been discarded and I decided to repurpose it for my art journal. I am also reading it as I go (or trying to ... early nineteenth century is not my favorite style of prose).
Supplies include Liquitex and Studio Calico paints; dies cut from my Slice; and the Crafter's Workshop stencils.
In addition to the zentangles I had been playing with, I have been trying to learn to sketch faces. Clearly, I am still just trying. But you have to begin somewhere.
