Union, Mississippi

This layout was inspired by Get It Scrapped's Scrapbook Coach.  Scrapbook Coach 10 - Three Acts provides detailed instructions on how to build a page a three-part foundation, e.g.,  three columns, clusters, or blocks. More examples of this technique can be found here

I worked with the block design, which was perfect for adding lots of photos to the single page layout that I was making about a recent road trip my husband and I took down to Mississippi to search out the home of his maternal grandparents.

Supplies:  Papers and Stickers: Kaisercraft (Blue Bay); Alphas: American Craft Thickers; Punches: EK Success (notebook, banner); Die: Die-namics (tag); Doily: BoBunny; Twine: Lawn Fawn; Stamps: Technique Tuesday (journaling lines), Memory Box (flowers); Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink (walnut stain); Enamel Dots: Viva Decor Pearl Pen; Washi: Simon Says Stamp
