Counterfeit Kit Challenge - Challenge No. 2

Hello, everyone.

I've decided to take on all three challenges at the Counterfeit Kit Challenge this month. The second challenge is based on this color scheme. Rather than using the color scheme as a whole, I was influenced by the water theme and the mix of cool and warm colors.

For my layout, I chose photographs of the Verde River in Arizona. I scrapped these photos with a mix of aqua, yellow, and red.

Supplies: Paper: Simple Stories (Homespun, Life in Color); Chipboard, Stickers, Wood Veneer and Enamel Dots: Simple Stories (Life in Color); Alphas: American Crafts Thickers (Eclair); Misc. Washi

Detail shots:

  1. Really love your choice of a PL-style grid page that so beautifully showcases your photos. Mental note: need "Eclair" Thickers :)

  2. I love how you cropped your photos into PL cards. Cute!

  3. Amazing photos and you highlighted them in a such a lovely way on your page.

  4. This has such a clean colorful classic look to it.

  5. Well done for going for all three challenges! And then for taking this one in the direction of the water. I really like the design here and the gorgeous colour scheme. that bright yellow with the aqua is particularly lovely

  6. Great colours on here! Love the grid design!
